Pastor Lotty was born Glenford Anthony Lotty on October 16, in Jamaica West Indies.  At the age of 16 he received the Lord and at the age of 19, Pastor Lotty moved into the status of a minister and served as a minister at United Goodwill Church of God In Christ, Inc. for eight years. Thereafter, he was installed as an Assistant Pastor at Bethesda Baptist Church under the late Dr. Charles Nesbitt Sr.

In 1993, Pastor was ordained by the Metropolitan Ministers Council of New York State as a Pastor to minister in the five-fold ministry gifts.

In, 1998, Pastor Lotty began World of Faith Church located in Decatur Georgia. Currently, Pastor is the Apostle and Founder of American Crusade Church.

Pastor Lotty is married to Ruth Lotty, and they have three children.
