Men's Ministry

"Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another"  Proverbs 27:17

" Becoming a real man in a fast-paced, demanding world is hard work. It's not east to build relationships with family and friends, to stand up under job pressures, and still be true to who you are as a man made in God's image. 1"

We are so pleased that you have  decided to stop by our men's department which is dedicated to helping men be the godly men God calls them to be. We support men who seek to fellowship together and want to have a deeper relationship with God. Our Men's Department is under the leadership of Deacon Turpin.

Men gather together to share and encourage each other in the word, we minister to each other, and we encourage both young, and old men to come and fellowship with us. Come let us lean on one another as men of God.

Our fellowship is for men, by men who teaches others how to be Godly men, not men that we see on television projecting the wrong image of manhood. Where can a man find answers about being a true, wise and Godly man? We are here to help.

Our goal is to see men who are:

  • Growing spiritually because they are spending daily time with God in prayer and in His word (Mark 1: 35; Acts 4:13; Luke 9:23).

  • Making their wife and children a priority (Prov 31:10-31; Deut 6:1-6).
Committing to personal purity and accountability (2 Timothy 2:2).

  • Comfortably expressing their love and concern for one another (Rom 12:10; 1 Corinthians 13:1-3; John 13:34-35).

  • Being authentic and real with one another (James 5:16).

  • Displaying a lifestyle of Christian witness by living out the principles of Eternal CPR (Matthew 28:19-20).

  • Actively involved in making a spiritual difference in the lives of other men in their circles of influence (Proverbs 27:17; 2 Timothy 2:2; Hebrews 10:24).

  • Consistently taking to God, and bathing, everything in prayer (Ephesians 6:18; Colossians 4:2,12).
